Getting Started

Welcome to Reheerse. This guide walks you through everything you need to have your first practice session.

Welcome to Reheerse

Reheerse is an AI-powered conversation simulator built specifically for managers. The idea is simple: the best way to get better at difficult conversations is to practice them — not read about them.

Every session puts you in a realistic conversation with an AI that behaves like an actual employee. It gets defensive when challenged, relaxes when you show empathy, and pushes back when you're being vague. After each session, a detailed scorecard shows exactly how you performed across six key communication skills.

Creating Your Account

Sign up at reheerse.ashketing.com/signup using your email or Google account. No credit card is required to start — the free plan gives you 3 sessions per month.

Once you're in, your dashboard is immediately available. You don't need to complete any onboarding steps before your first session.

Your First Practice Session

01

Go to the dashboard

After signing in, you land on your dashboard. This is your home base — you can see past sessions, your skill radar chart, and your overall progress over time.

02

Choose a scenario type

Select from six scenario types: Performance Review, Difficult Feedback, Termination / PIP, Conflict Mediation, Promotion/Raise Denial, or Custom. Each type has a different AI persona calibrated to that context.

03

Set the context

Tell Reheerse a bit about the situation — the employee's role, how long they've been on the team, and what the core issue is. The more specific you are, the more realistic the simulation.

04

Start the conversation

Type as you'd speak. There's no script. The AI employee responds in real-time with emotional intelligence — they might get defensive, relieved, confused, or even emotional. That's by design.

05

End the session and review

When you feel the conversation has reached a natural conclusion, end the session. You'll immediately see your scorecard: six skill dimensions scored 0–100, with inline transcript annotations explaining each rating.

Understanding Your Dashboard

Your dashboard shows a radar chart of your six skills averaged across all sessions. This updates after every session you complete. Over time, you'll see which skills are improving and which need more attention.

Below the chart, you'll find your session history — each card shows the scenario type, the date, your overall score, and a brief highlight from the AI's feedback.

What Happens After a Session

Every session generates a full scorecard with six skill scores and a full annotated transcript. Each annotation is a specific moment in the conversation where you did something well or missed an opportunity.

You can return to any past session from your dashboard at any time. Past sessions are stored indefinitely on paid plans.

Tips for Getting Started

  • Don't try to be perfect in your first session. Get familiar with how the AI responds.
  • Use a scenario that's relevant to something you're actually facing — it makes the practice more useful.
  • Try the same scenario multiple times to see how different approaches land.
  • Pay attention to the emotion badge on the AI's messages — it tells you how the employee is feeling in real-time.
